Setting Boundaries

What does it mean to have good boundaries? This is a topic I find myself discussing more and more with both colleagues and clients alike. How permeable or rigid are your own boundaries? Did you innately learn them as a young child or have you had to develop them over time to help better protect and care for yourself? Whatever your own personal boundary "story" may be, here are some helpful reminders to support you in living an authentic, emotionally- healthier lifestyle.
