Rates:

When choosing a therapist, rates are often a very important part of the decision-making process. Because I provide a variety of different services (that require different amounts of time), and I want to work collaboratively with you to create an individualized treatment plan, it is important that we discuss rates and payment during your complimentary consultation phone call. This phone call will enable me to clarify what it is you are seeking and needing from treatment, and thus be able to provide you with the most accurate rate information possible.

All major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service.

As an out of network provider, you are responsible for submitting claim forms to your insurance company. On your request, I will gladly supply you with super bill statements containing information needed by your insurance company to process your claims.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Our scheduled appointment times are reserved for you! If you cannot make a previously agreed upon session time, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance of our session. I recognize that there are times when emergencies arise, and I ask your cooperation in notifying me as soon as possible when your plans have changed. However, if you do not show up to your appointment, or you do not cancel 24 hours in advance of a session, you will be responsible for paying your full session fee.
