Through psycho-educational and neuropsychological testing, I can help children, teens, adults, and families better understand a client's learning style/needs and emotional capabilities, as well as provide diagnosis refinement and recommendations to best support their growth and success. I provide comprehensive and diverse assessment services for individuals (6 years of age to adulthood) experiencing challenges related to Attention, Learning Disorders/Underachievement, Foster Care/Adoption, Trauma and Emotional/Mood difficulties (e.g, depression, anxiety, attachment and peer-relational issues). Based on my understanding of life-span development, brain-behavior relationships, as well as trauma and attachment, I am able to provide comprehensive and individually-tailored intake sessions, testing batteries, reports, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations to best support my clients’ unique strengths and weaknesses. The types of assessments I conduct include:

  • Accommodations Evaluations:

    • These evaluations are designed specifically for individuals looking to determine their eligibility for accommodations on standardized tests such as the SAT, GRE, LSAT, GMAT, etc.

  • Neuropsychological Evaluations:

    • Neuropsychological evaluations are conducted for children and adults presenting with complex symptoms and challenges related to attention/executive functioning, language, memory, visuo-spatial abilities, motor skills, and emotional functioning.

  • Psychoeducational Evaluations:

    • These evaluations are particularly helpful for children, teens, and young adults experiencing learning (i.e., reading, mathematics, writing) and/or attentional difficulties, as well as academic underperformance (i.e., poor test performance, homework challenges). Following the completion of testing, many individuals are able to utilize the resulting testing report to help facilitate eligibility for an Individualized Education Program (IEP).
